2008-2009 Application:
Mahalo for your interest in the Native Hawaiian Health Scholarship Program. We will be accepting applications for the 2008 school year beginning January 2008. Not sure if you should apply? Please contact us with any questions you might have. We also have a list of disciplines (right click +Save As) which we provide scholarships for. You can also download out program's official applicant information bulletin (right click +save as) HERE. We highly recommend that all applicants download and review the Applicant Information Bulletin!
Our application process involves two steps:
1.) Apply Online.
2.) Download the Supplemental Documentation Packet (right-click +Save As), fill out the documentation, and return it to us postmarked or hand-delivered no later than April 25th, 2008.
NOTE: as of 3/28/08 the Supplemental Documentation packet has been revised. We encourage applicants to download the new packet and submit that, however we will still accept the older version of the packet.
The final portion of the application process involves an interview. All eligible applicants will be interviewed. Interviews will be scheduled between 5/21/08 and 6/25/08.
Final selection of our 2008-2009 recipients will be on July 23, 2008.
