Mahalo for your interest in the Native Hawaiian Health Scholarship Program! Our original application start date has been delayed until further notice. We apologize to applicants for the inconvenience. We are working to get the application process started as soon as possible, please check back weekly for updates. Rest assured, applicants to the scholarship will be given ample time to complete our application process.
The Native Hawaiian Health Scholarship Program provides funding to Native Hawaiians who are pursuing the following degrees as full time students enrolled at accredited universities:
- Clinical Psychology (PhD & PsyD)
- Dentistry (DMD & DDS)
- Physician (MD & DO, with select specialties)
- Masters In Public Health (MPH)
- Nurse Midwife
- Nursing (ADN, BSN, MSN, NP)
- Physicians Assistant
- Pharmacist
- Nutritionist
- Social Work (MSW)
- Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT)
- Opthamology
- Optometry

- A true copy of your birth certificate documenting Native Hawaiian Ancestry (obtained from the Dept. of Health).
- An official copy of all of your college transcripts. (To clarify, all transcripts must be mailed directly to us from your school!)
- Two copies of your resume.
