Our deadline for the 2009-2010 application ended April 24th, 2009 at 5 PM HST.  Your submitted documents per the Native Hawaiian Health Scholarship Program Checklist should have included the requested items:

• Submission of Online Application
• Birth Certificate
• 1-Page Resume
• Official Transcripts
• Other Documents (If Applicable)

All walk-in documents were due in the Native Hawaiian Health Scholarship Program office on April 24, 2009 by 5:00 p.m. HST. Documents postmarked after the April 24, 2009 deadline will not be considered.  The Native Hawaiian Health Scholarship Program will be contacting all eligible applicants to schedule an interview.  Interviews will begin May 19th and end no later than June 5th, 2009.
