While we are pending the approval of the 2009 Applicant Information Bulletin (or AIB for short), we highly recommend that applicants take a look at the 2008 copy of the AIB.
While the AIB is subject to change from year to year, 90% of the information it contains should remain accurate.

…for the Federal government to approve our supplemental documents packet, we encourage ALL scholars who are applying for the scholarship this year to gather the following documents:
A certified copy of your birth certificate (showing Native Hawaiian ancestry).  If you were born in the state of Hawaii you can order one from the Department of Health.
